About Us
Junma Tyre Cord Company Limited, established in 1991, is now the largest production basis of Nylon 6 Yarn, Nylon 6 Tyre Cord Fabric, HMLS Ployester Yarn and HMLS Polyester Tyre Cord Fabric in China. The production capacity for Nylon 6 Yarn is 120000MT/Year, for Nylon 6 Tyre Cord Fabric is 100000MT/Year. For HMLS Polyester Yarn and HMLS Polyester Tyre Cord Fabric, the annual prodction capacity is 35000MT/Year.The spinning & drawing machines are from Rieter in Switzerland, the twisting machines are from Saurer Allma in Germany, the weaving machines are from Dornier in Germany.
The company thinks highly of quality. It successfully got the certificate of ISO/TS16949:2009 issued by the National Quality Assurance in U. K. in April, 2003. At present, its products are sold in over 30 large tyre manufacturers in China and enjoy a good reputation in India, Thailand, Malaysia, Indonesia, Germany, Sri Lanka, Syria and other countries.
